I recommend scheduling your first fitting about 3 months before your wedding date. This gives me time for any necessary adjustments and multiple fittings. However, I recommend reaching out to get on my save-the-date list as soon as you say yes to the dress!

Alteration prices vary depending on the dress and complexity of both the embellishment and design. Also keep in mind that the alterations cost has nothing to do with how much your dress cost. Sometimes off-the-rack or sample dresses can be the most expensive to alter! Your seamstress will work with you to explain what alterations your dress needs and how much it will cost.

Typically, most brides will need 2 fittings and a pick up appointment. The first fitting is usually to talk about your dress vision, check the overall fit, and make any major adjustments. The second fitting is for fine-tuning and designing the bustle, while the third is a final try-on to ensure everything is perfect.

Please bring your wedding shoes, undergarments, and any accessories (veil, jewelry, etc.) that you plan to wear on the big day. Also please maintain a normal-to-you eating schedule before you come in! (We don’t need anyone passing out!)

Absolutely! Bodies naturally fluctuate in weight, so I have structured my alterations process to accommodate the best I can. This is why I prefer to have your final fitting no earlier than 2 weeks before the wedding.

A bustle lifts up your train for the reception so you can DANCE!! I always highly recommend getting a bustle added. There are multiple types of bustles, and I will walk you through them at your first fitting.

Yes! Just know that all custom changes or add ons will significantly raise your final bill due to the time and resources it takes to create the magic!
